We know that feeling … the one when your order arrives and you just can't wait to open it up. That’s the exact feeling we want you to feel when your Metta Jewelry Boutique package arrives. We stand behind all of our products and know that you’ll love them just as much as we do!

Nobody is perfect … so, in the rare case that your product(s) arrive damaged, please send us an email with photos at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you! (Please make sure this email is sent within 1 day of receiving your package).

Please be aware that at this time we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Due to Covid-19, we at Metta Jewelry Boutique have been following health guidelines especially while packaging orders. Once our packages are shipped out, they go straight to the recipient. If you have any issues with your order please feel free to send us an email and we will be sure to satisfy your needs.
